Upload your Clan Logo!
The Perfect World Team would like to inform all of the Clan Masters that we are now activating the Clan logo feature of Perfect World. There’s nothing better for proud warriors than seeing their clan logo spread across the map of Perfect World.
Please take note of the following requirements, so that the process will go smoother for you:
1. Clan logo file, a 16 x 16 pixel image in BMP (bitmap) format
2. In-game screenshot of the Clan Master with an open Clan Information window (press G or ALT+G to open the window)
Clan logos will be implemented by batches. If you sent in your clan logo during the first week of the month, you can expect your clan logo to be implemented during the first patch to come. If you sent in your clan logo during the second week, then you will have to wait for the second patching of the game before you can see your logo.
To facilitate the integration of your Clan’s Logo into Perfect World, the Clan Masters need to follow the following steps:
- Step 1
Using the email of the Guild Master, please create an email addressed to pwclanlogo@levelupgames.ph the subject should be titled “Perfect World <Name of Clan> Logo”
- Step 2
Attach the Clan Logo file to the message. It should be a 16×16 pixel image in BMP format.
- Step 3
Attach a screenshot of the Clan Leader’s screen, along with an open Clan Information Window (press G or ALT+G) in-game. This to make certain the identity of the one sending the email.
- Step 4
The main body of the message should contain
As the official representative of <Clan Name>, I would like to have the attached 16×16 image file as our Clan Logo for Perfect World.

You will receive a confirmation email from the Perfect World Team upon checking if you have submitted all the correct requirements.
Notifications of Clan Logo Status
We will be informing players about the status of clan logo uploads weekly based on the following schedule:
Monday – Check the “Clan Logo Service” Section of the Perfect World website for those clan logos who have met the 1pm Friday cutoff, have been approved and given to Perfect World Beijing for upload.
When Perfect World Beijing lets us know that they are ready to patch clan logos in the game, we will post the list of clan logos that will be implemented on the next patch in the Guild Logo Service section of the website.
