Return to the Great Sage of Light (Dragon City 567 633) with the three stones.
Kill the Hades Ox Lord and the Hell Stallion (Soulless Gate).
Return to the Great Sage of Light (Dragon City 567 633) and prepare to activate the Wheel of Time and Space.
Talk to the Emissary of Time and Space (Dragon City 552 654) and enter the Great Wheel.
*You must have a Time Key: Heaven-Tear City in order to use the Wheel of Time and Space. If you do not have one, you can buy it from the Emissary of Time and Space (Dragon City 552 654) for 5,000 Yuan.
