I. How to join:

Clan Masters will register his Clan representatives for a 10v10 mini-tournament.

Once submitted, team names can no longer be changed.
Team Names that are obscene and vulgar will not be accepted, teams with such names will be disqualified.
Prepare your representatives’ ID.
Valid IDs accepted should clearly state the owner’s name, address, signature, and image.
These include government-issued IDs such as driver license, SSS ID, and passport.
For students or those who only have one or no government-issued ID, the school ID may be used if it still complies with the requirements stated above.
Players may also use government-issued forms such as birth certificate, NBI clearance, police clearance, and the like.
Failure to provide the valid ID’s will invalidate your registration from the tournament.
Changing of team line-up (players, accounts, and characters) is not allowed once the registration form has been submitted.
No Transferring of Clan. Registered characters should stay on the registered clan within the duration of the tournament.
Participant level requirement: Rebirth2 level 100.
Participating Clans need to buy an “Eclipse Clan Battle Pass” and provide 5 M Yuan for the Clan Battle Declaration per match.
An existing Clan may only register one team.
Registration is open until June 16, 2020, at 11:59 PM.
The tournament will start on June 24, 2020

II. Rules and Restrictions

Tournament Bracket will be shuffled in challonge.
Tournament Format: Double Elimination.
Battle Schedule: every Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
A Toss coin will decide which team will Ban/Pick First. (It’s a battle of securing your class or disabling another team).
Both teams will be allowed to Ban 2 Class, winner of the toss coin will decide who will pick or ban first.
1. Ban team 1 >> Team 2 Pick >> Team 2 Ban >>Team 1 Pick >> Team 1 Ban >> Team 2 Pick >>Team 2 Ban.
2. Pick team 1 >> Team 2 Ban >> Team 2 Pick >>Team 1 Ban >>Team 1 Pick >>Team 2 Ban >> Team 2 Pick >>Team 1 Ban.
No Class repeat
Participants will use a pre-generated account sent by the GM before the battle day.
Pre-generated accounts should not be used aside from the event itself and any trade activity except for the Clan Battles Pass and Yuan trading for registration.
The pre-generated account should only be used by the participant.
The battle will take place on “Eclipse server” via Eclipse Clan Battle.
Clan Masters must submit their team’s individual Public IP and ISP and Location before the match starts.
Accounts will be Audited after every Matchday, Transactions(Trade, Drop, Pick up item) will be checked. If the GM Team found out that the winning team used an illegal item to win, they will be disqualified from the tournament and the winning slot will be transferred to the losing team.
Additional Rules:
Fouls are accumulated throughout the Perfect World Philippine tournament, and will not reset. Fouls earned during qualifiers will be carried on to the Eliminations and the Grand Finals. If the members of a team commit a total of 3 fouls over the course of the tournament, the team will automatically be disqualified from the tournament.
Teams who do not have an opponent will advance automatically.
If issues arise that are not covered by the existing rules, the Tournament Judge or PW GM Team will decide on that matter.

The GM Team’s decision is final.

III. Tournament Map and limitations

Underwater Battle starting Place:

The match duration is 5 minutes. Players have 2 minutes to resupply between matches.
Limitations:
Participants are not allowed to jump over the water or leave the water area.
Participants are not allowed to enter the safe zone.
All participants that have died are not allowed to re-enter the battleground until the match has ended.
Aerial Battle starting Place:

The match duration is 10 minutes. Players have 2 minutes to resupply between matches.
Limitations:
Participants are not allowed to unequip their flights or fly down using “Fly” action.
Participants are not allowed to enter the safe zone once the match started.
Participants are not allowed to use flight disabling skills (Updated: June 23, 2020 5:00 PM)
Yao Jing’s are not allowed to use skill HEX (Updated: June 9m 2020 1:30 PM)
All participants that have died are not allowed to re-enter the battleground until the match has ended.
Land Battle starting place:
The match duration is 10 minutes. Players have 2 minutes to resupply between matches.
Limitations:
Participants are not allowed to fly or swim underwater.
Participants are not allowed to enter the safe zone once the match started.

IV. Point System:

-A point is scored if a team wipes out the opposing team within the time limit.
-A point is scored if a team has more surviving members after the time is up.
-The first team to receive 2 points wins, will advance to the next round.
-If both teams have the same number of surviving members after time is up, the match will end in a tie. In the case of a tie, both teams will receive 1 point, with the following exception: If a tie will result in both teams receiving 2 points, both teams will instead fight a Sudden Deathmatch.
Sudden Death Match:
The Sudden Death match duration is 120 seconds (2 minutes). The first team to kill a member of the opposing team wins the Sudden Deathmatch and will receive 1 point. If neither team manages to kill a member of the opposing team within 120 seconds (2 minutes), the result of the match will be decided with a coin toss.
