• Buy the item “Silversteel War Armor” at a Tailor NPC.
• Upgrade Must be done only during the event period.

Upgrade it without using any Dragonball [You can use Underworld and Heaven Stones]

Reward based on Refinement: 

+9 =  Returnee Codex Gift Pack, Celestial: Rainbow Glowing, Celestial Swift Pet

+10 = 1 Forbidden Sea: Magic Edict, 10 Nebula Dust Orb . Ultra, 30 Soul Summon Stone, 2 War Avatar Chest:S

First 500 to upgrade + 11 = Returnee Crystal Pack (Bounded), Celestial: Cloud Wings

First 5 to upgrade +12 = Prismatic Mystical Crest

⚔️ EVENT FAIRNESS REMINDER

Due to the overwhelming concerns regarding the existence of event characters with Event Dragonball stocks, the PWTeam has decided to implement an Updated Clear Reward Determination Process.

To ensure fairness for all participants, please take note of the following rules:

🔹 Upgrade Database Verification
Your character must appear in the Upgrade Database from +1 to +8> for your upgrade progress to be considered valid.

🔹 Valid Upgrade Methods
Only the following upgrade methods will be recognized:
• No item usage
• Heaven Stone
• Underworld Stone
• Heaven-Earth Stone [Upgrade not transfer]

🔹 Dragonball Usage
If a Dragonball was used at any point during the upgrade process, that upgrade attempt will be disregarded and will not count toward your event rewards.

❗ Skipped Upgrade Stages
If any stage from +1 to +8 is skipped, you will not be eligible for the +9> reward, even if your character reaches a higher upgrade value.

💛 Why This Update?
This event was created for players to relive the nostalgia and excitement of upgrading, while being rewarded for the bravery, effort, and luck involved in reaching the target upgrade.

We want everyone to have a fair chance to participate and enjoy the experience.
