How To FIX:

1. Make Sure to Close the Perfect World Client.
2. Download the character folder from this link [click here]
3. Go to Playpark folder >> Perfect World folder >> element folder >> userdata folder.
4. Extract the character folder from the rar file and then paste it inside userdata folder.
5. Run the Perfect World client.
