CLAN LOGO SUBMISSION

The Perfect World Team would like to inform all of the Clan Masters that we are now accepting the Clan logo in Perfect World.
There’s nothing better for proud warriors than seeing their clan logo spread across the map of Perfect World.

Please take note of the following REQUIREMENTS, so that the process will go smoother for you:
- Clan logo file, a 16 x 16-pixel image in PNG (Portable Network Graphics) format
- In-game screenshot of the Clan Master with an open Clan Information window (press G or ALT+G to open the window)
To facilitate the integration of your Clan’s Logo into Perfect World, the Clan Masters need to follow the following steps:
- Using the email of the Clan Master, please create an email addressed to perfectworld_community@playpark.net the subject should be titled “Perfect World <Name of Clan> Logo 2026”. Don’t spam, please.
- Attach the Clan Logo file to the message. It should be a 16×16 pixel image in PNG format.
- Attach a screenshot of the Clan Leader’s screen, along with an open Clan Information Window (press G or ALT+G) in-game. This to make certain the identity of the one sending the email.
- The main body of the message should contain:
- As the official representative of <Clan Name>, I would like to have the attached 16×16 image file as our Clan Logo for Perfect World.
- Clan Name:
- Clan Leader (Character Name):
- Clan Level:
- Clan Size:
- Clan Server:
- Image Filename:
Important Rule to all Clan Masters:
- Rule 1: Only the clan master at the start of the submission schedule may submit the clan logo. Even if you pass the mastership after the said date, we will still accept your entry as long as you are the clan master on the said date.
- Rule 2: Submitted requirements – especially the provided Clan information – will be verified before changed. Successful submission and receipt of the confirmation email from the PWPH team do not automatically mean the implementation of your clan logo.
- Rule 3: Submissions are up until March 23, 2026 10:00 AM only.
