The Perfect World Team is sharing in-game items that you can gift to your clan members for your festive gathering.

🎁 General Rules

Only Clan Leaders can submit.

Clans must hold an on-ground Christmas party and share the event details with the PW Team.

First Come, First Served Basis:
Registration and approval will be processed in the order they are received. -
Participation Limit:
A maximum of 8 clans will be approved.
All entries will be reviewed — bogus or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
🛡️ Clan Requirements

The clan must have at least 30 members attending the party.

Each player can only be counted once per clan.

The Clan and Perfect World logos must be visible during the event.
📸 Media Submission Requirements

Submit at least 20 photos, including shots of side events where the Clan or Perfect World logo is visible.

Ensure any PW-related items (e.g., tarpaulin, merchandise, clan shirts) are visible.

Provide a full video of the raffle, clearly showing the major prize winner.

Create a video of side events and include all clan members saying:
👉 “Merry Christmas Perfect World from [Clan Name] Clan!”-
Minimum 30 seconds

📤 Upload all media to a file-hosting service and send the download link via the same email thread.

You may include up to three side events with their corresponding number of winners.
Example:

Guess the correct price of in-game items. The player with the highest score wins. -

Guess the NPC, item, or monster. The fastest duo wins.
🔎 Review and Approval

All submissions will be reviewed by the Perfect World Team.

Only approved and fully compliant clans will receive in-game rewards.
🕒 Deadlines & Awarding

Approval: Must be secured before the clan party date.

Media & Winner List Submission:
Submit your attendee list, side event winners, and media links via the same email thread.

Awarding: Rewards will be distributed 7–30 days after media submission.

- Raffle for Clan Attendees (Based on Number of Attendee)

[Optional] Additional Rewards
The Clan Master may choose to add extra PWaskuhan rewards for their clan.
To qualify, the clan must have a minimum total purchase of 100,000 gold max of 300,000 within the collective Date or Clan Master’s Account total purchase.
Rewards will base of how much gold the clan spent within the duration.
These optional rewards cannot be combined or stacked with any existing in-game promotions.
PWaskuhan Optional Raffle (for Clans that Qualify):
Collective Date for Participation: November 4–9, 2025
These are the official dates for clans who wish to join the PWaskuhan Optional Raffle.
If a Clan wishes to redeem the raffle outside of the collection dates:
The required amount for raffle eligibility must be topped up using the Clan Master’s account only (not through individual member purchases).
Clan must still have Offline Gathering for the promo to be valid.
All rewards will be sent to the list provided by the Clan Master.
Reminder:
- Rewards will not be sent if no video and photo proof is submitted.
- The submitted videos and photos will be posted as proof of participation.
- Awarding will take place 7-30 days after the clan master submits the attendee, winner list, and media requirements.
- Failure to submit within the deadline will result in forfeiting the slot and rewards.
- The PW Team will NOT entertain any transfer requests.
PWTeam may attend the Clan PWaskuhan, depending on their availability and venue accessibility.
