Kick off the Christmas celebrations early!
The Perfect World Team is sharing in-game items that you can gift to your clan members for a festive gathering.
Just follow the instructions below!
November 12 to December 31, 2024.
*Only Clan leads can request.
Have an on-ground clan Christmas party and share the details with us!.
First Come, First Served:
Registration and approval will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participation Limit:
Each server can have a maximum of 5 approved clans.
Entries will be reviewed, and any bogus entries will be disqualified.
Requirements:
- The clan must have at least 30 members attending the party.
- Each player can only be counted once for a clan.
- Clan and Perfect World logos must be visible at the party.
Media Submission:
-Submit at least 20 pictures, including side events in which the Clan or Perfect World logo is visible.
-Provide a full video of the raffle conducted at the event, include the Winner of major rewards.
-Create a video of side events, and with all clan members saying “Merry Christmas Perfect World from [Clan Name] Clan” (minimum 30 seconds). The Clan or Perfect World logo must be visible in the video.
Upload all media to a file hosting service and share the link via the email thread.
Party Details Submission:
– Clan Master must submit party details before the Clan party date to perfectworld_community@playpark.net
– For confirmation send an in-game mail to PWJANITOR Sun server or PWJanitor New Moon server
– Use the subject format: [PW] 2024ChristmastEB-[ClanName]-[Server].
Example: [PW] 2024ChristmastEB-[Immortals]-[Sun].
– Include Clan Name, Master’s in-game name, Facebook profile link, contact number, and estimated attendees.

Predict the correct price of in-game item, the person with the highest point wins.

Fastest Duo to guess wins.
Review and Approval:
Submissions will be reviewed and approved by the PWTeam.
Only approved submissions and fully compliant clans will receive rewards.
Deadlines:
Approval: Days before the Clan Christmas party.
Media and Winner list Submission:
Clan Master must submit attendee, winner list, and media requirements through the email thread.
Awarding will proceed 7-14 days after Media Submission.
- All Registered Clan attendees will receiv:
- 2 Ultimate Celebration Chest
- Glyph Pack Lv8
- Cosmos Conduit Pack (Soul Split Panacea x500 and Soul Sunder Elixir x50)
- Raffle Items: Based on actual member attendees
Consolation Reward: incase the clan attendees exceeds the count of 50, exceed player count will get 2 War Avatar Chest: S

The Clan Master may want to add more PWaskuhan rewards with a 100,000 gold purchase.
Please note that it cannot be stacked with existing in-game promotions.
100,000 gold should be topped up and purchased using the registered account of the clan master.
All rewards will be sent to the list provided by the Clan Master.
Reminder:
- Rewards will not be sent if no video and photo proof is submitted.
- The submitted videos and photos will be posted as proof of participation.
- Awarding will take place 7-14 days after the clan master submits the attendee, winner list, and media requirements.
- Failure to submit within the deadline will result in forfeiting the slot and rewards.
- The PW Team will NOT entertain any transfer requests.
If invited, any GM from the PWGM Team (Venus, Jinghiro, or Mhir) may choose to attend the Clan PWaskuhan, depending on their availability.
