âť—Sub or alternate clans won’t receive the same rewards as the main clan, as they are scored differently.
âť—Changing Clans within the event duration will forfeit your member reward.
❗Awarding of items will be done within 7 – 14 days after the event duration or sooner.
âť—Avoid renaming your characters before awarding is done to avoid delay
âť— Items will be awarded to the account that made the top-up and to the character in the account that made the Item Mall purchase.
âť—Kindly ensure that mailboxes have the necessary space to receive the prizes that will be mailed to you.
âť—Follow-up on prizes that were not submitted after 30 days of awarding will not be entertained.
