During the Cosmos Raffle, participants have the opportunity to earn rewards by topping up and purchasing in the Item Mall within the event duration.
October 21-23, 2023, ONLY
- Top up and Convert to the Game within the event duration.
- Purchase any item in the Item Mall.
Reward Tiers:

- Participants will receive rewards based on the total amount they top up and spend in the Item Mall.
- There are three reward levels: Level 1 (500gold), Level 2 (5,000gold), and Level 3(10,000gold).
Daily Raffle Entries:
- For every 2,000 Gold worth of purchases, participants will receive 1 daily raffle entry. Raffle entries provide a chance to win special rewards.

- DAY (?) – Celestial Phoenix Wings
- Daily raffle rewards are available per server.
Sample Scenarios:
a. Player 1 tops up and purchases 5,000 Gold on Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3, totaling 15,000 Gold within the event duration. He will receive Level 3 rewards and 2 raffle entries for each day.
b. Player 2 tops up and purchases 10,000 Gold on Day 1. He will receive Level 3 rewards and 5 raffle entries for Day 1.
c. Player 3 tops up and purchases 2,000 Gold on Day 1 and 6,000 Gold on Day 3. They will receive Level 2 rewards and 1 raffle entry for Day 1 and 3 raffle entries for Day 3.
The specific items awarded each day will be revealed on the official Livestream on October 27, 2023.
REMINDERS:

- Each account will only receive rewards once.
- Rewards will be sent to the character that made the purchases in the Item Mall.
- Avoid renaming your characters before awarding is done to avoid delay
- Kindly ensure that your mailbox has sufficient space to receive the prizes that will be mailed to you.
- If multiple characters are associated with one account and make purchases, the character with the highest purchase amount will receive the rewards.
- Expect to receive your rewards within 7-14 working days after the promotional period ends
- Follow-up requests for prizes that were not claimed within 30 days of the initial award will not be entertained.
