Shenwu Valley

Overview

The Accord of Enlightenment

The War of the Gods eons ago left the old world shattered. The corpses of the dead littered the wilderness, and the survivors lived wretched lives. The gods then created the Perfect World, and retreated into seclusion; tending to their wounds and restoring their strength. In the Perfect World, the true gods are silent, their Divine Children the only evidence of their existence.

Time flows like a river, and history repeats. The same moon watches over the skies and the world has changed beyond recognition. The power of the gods grows with each passing day, as they prepare for their return.

However, as the light grows, so does the darkness. The elder Soulless likewise prepare to continue the War.

As in ancient times, the gods must be reborn through a worldly receptacle. Though the Skull Queen is now a ravening demon, she was once a holy mother. The gods removed her insanity and imbued in her the essence of the Perfect World, preparing her for her role as the Mother of the gods.

The elder Soulless have prepared for this, sending marauding hordes of their minions to destroy the gods before they can regain their full power. The Skull Queen, defended by the Divine Children, faces the legions of the Soulless in Shenwu Valley .

Shenwu Valley , the Valley Without Gods, the center of the Accord of Enlightenment. The Divine Children have defended it valiantly, protecting the Mother of the gods. However, their power is not infinite. Thus, a call is sent to the heroes of the Perfect World.

As the nine stars align, the Gate to Shenwu opens. Unknown terrors emerge, and the Divine Children call out for help. Who shall be the champion of the Gods?
