Ruler’s Sigil is used to upgrade God of War weapons, Rank 9 Equipment, and Tomes.

For every 50k bundle worth of bundle you will get 50 Xia Feng Command Sword + 50 Ruler’s Sigil.
For every 100k bundle worth of bundle you will get 120 Xia Feng Command Sword + 120 Ruler’s Sigil
For every 150k bundle worth of bundle you will get 180 Xia Feng Command Sword + 180 Ruler’s Sigil
Example:
