Bio: I started playing back in 2008 or 2009 when I was still at school. I remember playing for Fidelis from Tiger Server and Mastermind for Dragon Server. The game taught me a lot of skills that I am able to use in my day to day life as a professional. In my profession being a team player is a must and I’m glad that I was able to learn that specific skill set to challenge the corporate world to be successful in my chosen profession. I am recommending and have recommended this game countless times to my friends simply because of its community and environment. When I was playing it back in the level up servers I always tell people that the community alone is already plus, being able to meet people from around the country and interact with them realtime without worrying about the physical constraints is already a win for you, after all, I always believed that friends are valuable than any other currency in the world. Plus the perks and the events are way more fun compared to the old servers and the way the game masters are more approachable and visible compared to the old server is such a huge help for us in the community. I am happy that to this day PlayPark kept this game going and stuck to its core values for its community and I will always be grateful that they kept the game going for us to continue playing.
Why you should pick me: In my line of work I am asked to be approachable and empathetic of other people, I think these characteristics helped me breeze through the challenges the game posed for me since I started playing again. I have just started playing late June or early July and I was surprised by all the changes that happened since I last played the game but it was my people skills that helped me gain new set of friends who helped me overcome game challenges in my way. This I think is a great asset a Hero of the Month should possess. I know for a fact that my character is not as strong as other tenured characters in-game but I’m sure as hell that I am well known and well-loved by people especially by my peers from Insignia who never fails to make every day a fun-filled gaming day! Having a positive impact in your community may not be a unique characteristic but is a rare one in the gaming world a-everyone

Bio: I started playing Perfect World when I was in fourth grade through a classmate. I played as a cleric in Tiger server that time, but it did not last that long because as a child, I was too distracted with a lot of things (and a lot of other online games lmao). While playing Perfect World that time, I also played online rhythm games and other MMORPG, but PW had that special spot in me because it allowed me to meet great people from all over the country. I played Perfect World again when it was relaunched in 2018 out of boredom. Did not expect myself to play it for this long to be honest. The game itself is just so inviting. Relative to our other clan members, I tend to play the quiet type. I get a little loud only in party and private chats. I cannot really say that I have done something extra special for my clan, but little things such as helping my clanmates getting their quests done and answering their queries about the game and everything that goes with it are what I do almost all the time. It feels good to help those who are in need. To be honest, I have a love-hate relationship with this game for a number of reasons, but one thing’s for sure: One will enjoy playing Perfect World. Not only are the in-game features so nice (from the character customization to the amazing graphics to the unique races), but the network of friendship you build with other players all over the country is just so fascinating and almost unbelievable (for someone like me who is really not that good at making friends). Perfect World is a game which you get to enjoy, with friends.
Why you should pick me: I should be the hero of the month because I’m a responsible player. While I enjoy the game almost on a daily basis, I do not forget my responsibilities in the real world. In-game, I conquer the lands of Pan’gu; In real life, I teach students for their future.
