1. HOW TO REGISTER:
All Clan Master/ Team who wish to participate must email perfectworld_community@playpark.net for verification.
The clan master/coach should only use one email address for the entire duration of the Phoenix Council Wars 2024, and must follow the given format below:

2. POINTING SYSYEM
Clans will battle through earning points for the title of Jade Warlords.
The Top 1 and Top 2 Clans with the highest number of points from each server at the end of the duration will fight for the PCW 2024 Final 8 Qualifier slot.
Every 1,000 Top-up and purchase on the item mall will grant 1000 point to your current clan.
Updates will occur daily at 10 AM. Please note that the data will only include information up to 12 midnight of the previous day.
3. REWARDS
Members will receive rewards based on the conditions per bundle.

REMINDERS:
❗All clans are welcome to join, and each will be scored individually.
❗Sub or alternate clans won’t contribute to your main clan’s points.
❗Sub or alternate clans won’t receive the same rewards as the main clan, as they are scored differently.
❗Changing Clans within the event duration will forfeit your member reward.
❗Awarding of items will be done within 7 – 14 days after the event duration or sooner.
❗Avoid renaming your characters before awarding is done to avoid delay
❗ Items will be awarded to the account that made the top-up and to the character in the account that made the Item Mall purchase.
❗Kindly ensure that mailboxes have the necessary space to receive the prizes that will be mailed to you.
❗Follow-up on prizes that were not submitted after 30 days of awarding will not be entertained.
❗Item rewards are receivable once per character only.
❗The PW Team will NOT entertain any transfer requests.
❗In case of a tie, they will battle for the Slot with their registered members at the wolfcub cloud arena.
