Get your Glyph Pack when you top up and purchase in the Item Mall this October 9 up to October 11, 2023.
The glyph pack level will be based on your total top-up and purchase in the Item Mall.
800 gold = Glyph Pack LV7
3000 gold = Glyph Pack LV8
5000 gold = Dragon’s Rise Glyph Pack LV9
Example:
- The player Topped up 800 worth of gold and purchased 800 worth of item mall items. He will get 1 Glyph Pack LV7 only.
- The player Topped up 3,000 worth of gold and purchased 3,000 worth of item mall items. He will get 1 Glyph Pack LV8.
- The player Topped up 3,000 worth of gold and purchased 5,000 worth of item mall items. He will get 1 Glyph Pack LV8 only.
- Player Topped up and purchased 10,000 worth of gold and purchased 10,000 worth of item mall items. He will get 1 Dragon’s Rise Glyph Pack LV9.
- The player used his existing gold that was topped up before the promo period and purchased 5,000 worth of gold from the Item Mall.
He is not eligible for the Promo since the top-up was made before the Promo period.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
• Dragon’s Rise Glyph Pack LV9 can’t be upgraded or degraded. It can be used as material to upgrade other LV9 Glyphs
• Glyph Pack LV7 – (Tradeable upon opening)
• Glyph Pack LV8 – Bounded
• Dragon’s Rise Glyph Pack LV9 – Bounded
• Rewards are NOT CUMULATIVE. Please refer to the examples above.
REMINDERS:
• Awarding of items will be done within 7 – 14 days after the event duration or sooner.
• Avoid renaming your characters before awarding is done to avoid delay
• Items will be awarded to the account that made the top-up and to the character in the account that made the Item Mall purchase.
• Kindly ensure that mailboxes have the necessary space to receive the prizes that will be mailed to you.
• Follow-up on prizes that were not submitted after 30 days of awarding will not be entertained.
• Item rewards are receivable once per character only.
• The PW Team will NOT entertain any transfer requests.
