PCW 2016 – Jade Warlords Phase 2 Rule Changes
In an effort to promote fairness and sportsmanship in our game, the PWPH team has decided to implement the following changes to the Jade Warlords 2016 mechanics:
(1) Extension of the Pre-registration deadline to May 8, 2016 (12nn)
This means all clans who registered until April 29th for the Jade Warlords Phase 2 Pre-registration will be included in the list of participating clans. Points and votes accumulated from the start of Phase 2 will not be affected. These will be carried over to the new line up of participants. Check the list of participating clans here
(2) Jade Warlord Phase 2 prizes will now be following a Tier system
Instead of a ranking system, where all clans who enter the Top 10 receive a set of rewards, a new Tiering system will be implemented. See below.

New Jade Warlords Phase 2 Mechanics
Registration: Extension until May 8 (12nn)
PHASE 2 – Nomination via Top Up: May 10 (3pm) – May 12 (3pm)
PHASE 2 – Voting via Top Up: May 13 (3pm) – May 20 (3pm)
Mechanics
The clans included in the last nomination phase are still included in the new nomination phase. Their existing points will be credited in the new nomination phase.
Only clans that have reached level 3 on or before March 21 will be qualified for the Jade Warlords.
Clans who wish to join the new Jade Warlords Phase 2 may submit the following below.

Nominate for the clan you wish to support during the nomination period. See the table below under Voting Points Guide.
At the end of the nomination period, the Tournament organizers will tally the points gathered via Top up. The 20 clans with the highest number of votes across all servers will become official nominees during the voting phase.

At the end of the voting period, the Tournament organizers will tally the points gathered via Top up.
The Top 1 clan with the highest number of votes earns the Jade Warlord slot to the Final 8. The winning Clans must submit their “Registration Form” on or before June 15, 2016 (Wed). The registration form will contain the list of players to participate in the Ingame Tournament.
Nomination and Voting – Via Top Up
Top-up and earn nomination and voting points for the Jade Warlord during the nomination and voting period.
Go to the Jade Warlord’s page and nominate or vote the clan you wish to support. Go to Wild Card Coting Site
Be advised that My Level up! Credits have an expiration date of 60 days from last top-up. Nomination and voting points will expire 1 hour after top-up.
We do not advise players to top up at the very last minute of the bidding period as there may be delays in the registration of nominations and voting.
Voting Points Guide
If a clan has already been counted among the top 3 of the Jade Warlord Phase 1 category, that clan will no longer be included on the nomination list of the New Jade Warlord Phase 2.
If a clan is already in the list of top winners of a certain category, that clan is no longer eligible to win in other categories.

Tie Breaker Rule
In case of tie between teams in a tier, prizes will be divided equally.
“150,000,000 EXP or +1 Level boost (whichever is higher) to be given to any five (5) characters” will not be given if there is a tie for Top 2 and Top 3.
If there is a tie in Top 1 slot (final 8) we will be having a sudden death match. Winner takes all.
Example.
Tier 1 and Top 1 Prize
Clan A and B = 1000 points tie. They will fight in a sudden death match. The winner will get the prize and slot for the final 8. The loser will get nothing. If 3 tie, round robin. So on and so forth
Tier 2 and Top 2 Prize
Clan C and D = 900 points tie. Prizes will be divided equally.
Tier 3 and Top 3 Prize
Clan E and F = 800 points tie. Prizes will be divided equally.
Tier 4
Clan G, H, I = 700 points tie. Prizes will be divided equally.
