How to join:
All Clan Master who want to participate must email at pwsociety@playpark.net for verification. The clan master should only use one email address for the entire duration of the Jade Warlords and must follow the given format below:

The ownership of Clan Master’s account will be verified.
Mechanics:
Only clans that have reached level 3 on or before March 1 will be qualified for the Jade Warlords.
There will be only 1 phase for the Jade Warlord, 1 for Phoenix Server and 1 for Chimera Server.
The Top 1 clan in each server with the highest number of votes earn a Jade Warlord slot to the Final 8. The winning Clans must submit their “Registration Form” on or before June **, 2017. The registration form will contain the list of players to participate in the Ingame Tournament.
Voting – Via Top Up
Top-up and earn voting points for the Jade Warlord during the voting period.
Go to the Jade Warlord’s page and nominate or vote the clan you wish to support. Go to Wild Card Voting Site
Be advised that My Level up! Credits have an expiration date of 60 days from last top-up. Voting points will expire 1 hour after top-up.
We do not advise players to top up at the very last minute of the bidding period as there may be delays in the registration of voting.
Voting Points Guide
If a clan is already in the list of top winners of a certain category, that clan is no longer eligible to win in other categories.
