PCW 2015 Final 8 will consist of Three (3) Dynasty Warlords (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao), Three (3) Territorial Warlords, Two (2) Jade Warlords. These finalists will fight each other for the Phoenix Council Wars Champion at the grandest stage in Philippine gaming, Playpark All Stars.

II. ELIGIBILITY
Must be a Filipino citizen and a resident of Philippines.
Form a 5-man team and complete the online registration form for your team. Fill in all the necessary details with complete and correct information. The team must be comprised of players from the same Perfect World PH server.
A successfully-sent registration form does not necessarily mean that you are already included in the list of tournament participants. Details will be checked thoroughly and qualified teams will be notified and posted at perfectworld.levelupgames.ph
Win the Area tournaments and earn a slot at the LIVE FINALS TOURNAMENT MATCH UP.
Participants must have a Perfect World PH account that has been active for the past 3 months. An account is considered as active if the player is able to log in and play the account regularly within the stated duration.
III. TOURNAMENT MECHANICS
Phoenix Council Wars Championships
- Schedule: TBA
- All qualified Dynasty Wars teams and representatives of winning clans from Territorial Wars and Wild Card will battle for the right to become Phoenix Council Wars Championship.
- Teams will have a 5 VS 5 PVP battle to determine the PCW 2015 Champion.
IV. GENERAL RULES
Team Registration Requirements:
All members must have a game account that has been active for the last 3 months and should be registered under their names. An account is considered as active if the player is able to log in and play the account regularly within the stated duration.

- Players Responsibilities and Guidelines
Teams must designate a Team Captain who will handle all decisions and communications for the team. Field Marshals will consider decisions made by the team captain as final for the entire team.
Setup period before the actual match is five (5) minutes ONLY.
Players who fail to take advantage of the five (5) minute setup time must begin playing with whatever configuration and character setup they are left with. No time extension for the setup will be given.
Substitutions are not allowed except at the PCW Championships, and only if the team provides a valid reason and other requirements to support their claim. The provided reason and documents are still subject to the tournament committee’s approval.
- For example, in case of health reasons, the player must provide a medical certificate and other documents that will support their claim.
The substitute must be within Metro Manila area or within the team’s area.
Disqualification Rules
If two (2) or more members fail to arrive at the venue for their scheduled match, the present complete team will be declared as the automatic winner.
Intentional disconnection (ALT F4/Manual DC) will lead to the forfeiture of the match.
Players are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Teams/members of the team exhibiting unruly conduct will be disqualified, handing the opposing team the match.
FOULS:
Zoning Foul – This is defined as moving your character in an unauthorized area or refusing to follow move orders issued by the GM in-game.
Skill Foul – This is defined as using skills in the tournament area before the countdown by the head marshal.
Striking Foul – This is defined as striking any of the GMs in game.
Technical Foul – This is defined as engaging in any behavior that is unsportsmanlike and includes excessive profanity or violence against property or individuals including the marshals.
Players are not allowed to abandon their terminals without the marshal’s approval. Teams with at least one (1) member who abandoned their terminal without the marshal’s approval will be disqualified and are not eligible to claim any prizes from the tournament.
Employees, suppliers and service providers of Playweb Games Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage, including the finals, of Playpark All Stars and any of its sub-tournaments. This also includes the use of characters they own and accounts they maintain.
Playweb Games Inc. has the right to hold and not give all prizes of disqualified teams.
Phoenix Council Wars Finals Requirements
For PCW Finalists, all members are required to submit the following within the date specified by the tournament committee:
- Copy of Valid I.D. with age (or birthdate), picture, and signature
- Waiver and Release of Liability Form (original copy)
- Parental Consent Form (original copy) for 20 years old and below players
- Bank Account Number (this will be used for cash prize deposits)
Teams can use one bank account, as long as they all agreed to and submit a signed Team Bank Waiver Form Agreement (original copy) to the tournament committee.
Playweb Games Inc. has the right to disqualify and replace the team that failed to submit all PCW tournament requirements.
The team captain or a duly authorized representative must attend the designated player’s briefing for the PCW Finals tournament.
Technical issues encountered during the event will be assessed by the Field Marshal(s). Only major technical problems will merit game suspension and/or restart at the discretion of the Field Marshal.
Players who argue with or fail to follow the instructions of the Tournament Director, head judge or other tournament officials are subject to the appropriate penalties as dictated by the severity of the case.
Playweb Games Inc. and/or officials of the Playpark All Stars Tournament Committee shall reserve the right to suspend or ban a player or clan without prior notice for any reason deemed necessary.
Participants must follow the rules interpretations and guidelines set forth by the Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials.
The decision of the Referees, Game Masters, and tournament officials IS FINAL.
V. PRIZES

- All registered players who participated in their matches are eligible to receive the participant’s package. Players who forfeited their match due to non-attendance will be automatically banned on the whole PCW 2015, and incomplete attendance or voluntary forfeiture will also forfeit their right to receive the participant’s package.
