- When will the migration start?
January 31, 2024
- What will happen to seasonal characters?
All Phoenix characters will be migrated to the New Moon server.
- Will the Gold be wiped out?
Yes. Please use all your gold for both servers before the migration on January 31, 2024.
- Will the items registered in the Auctioneer or Consignment Store be included in the migration process?
No. Items registered in the Auctioneer or Consignment Store will not be included in the migration process.
Please be reminded that you’ll need to remove these items for both servers before the last day of Phoenix on January 31, 2024.
There will be no compensation for items lost, due to the auctioneer or consignment store.
- Will the promo/event prizes and Level rewards be migrated?
All characters will be migrated along with their equipment, storages, status including Master/Apprentice, Couple Karma, and homestead.
- What if I have more than 8 characters on both servers (New Moon and Phoenix)
An additional scroll-down arrow will be added at the character selection screen.
- Is the Account Storage included in the merge?
Yes, but your total yuan should not exceed 2 billion yuan (2,000,000,000)
- Will the Clan Headquarters/Warehouse be included
Yes, it will also be migrated.
- Will the in-game mails be migrated?
Yes, but to avoid errors due to the mailbox being full, please claim and delete all mail before migration.
- What will happen to the Territorial War Map?
All the Map War territories for the New Moon and Sun server will be wiped after the Migration.
