Registration:
Clan Masters who want to participate must send an email to pwsociety@playpark.net. The clan master should only use one email address for the duration of the Topaz Warlords and Phoenix Council Wars 2020.
The email must contain the following:

If the account details do not match those provided by the Clan Masters, the clan will not be eligible to receive the prizes.
Mechanics:
1. Only clans that have reached level 3 on or before September 18 will be qualified for the Topaz Warlord.
2. GM will auction 30 pcs of the token in-game. This will represent a voting voucher.
3. GM will auction the tokens on the following dates before 1 PM:
Season 1:

4. The price will have a minimum cost of 1,000,000 Yuan and will be left open for bidding for 24 hours.
5. The player will mail these items to DreadFang(New Moon) and DreadFanG(Sun) along with the clan name they wish to vote.
6. Each vote voucher is equivalent to 1 Voting Point.
7. Votes without the appropriate item or listed clan name will be deemed invalid.
8. There will only be a total of 30 vote vouchers auctioned per day.
9. Cut-off of mailing your votes will be 4 pm every following Monday
10. An updated list will be provided every Monday.
11. Screenshots during the voting period will be posted on our official FB page and/or website. Scores will be updated every week.
The Top 1 Clan in each server per season with the highest number of total votes by the end of the scoring period will fight for the PCW 2020 Final 8 Qualifier slot.

October 23, 2020 – November 13, 2020
Battle for the slot per server – November 22, 2020 (Final 4)
(Champions of Season 1 and Season 2 will battle for the server slot)
*In case of a tie in the 2nd and 3rd slot, they will battle for the Top 2 Slot.
*In case of a tie in the 1st and 2nd slot, they will battle for the Top 1 Slot.
*The top 1 Clan of Season 1 cannot join the Season 2.
If a clan already won a certain category (Jade, Topaz, and Territorial), that clan is no longer eligible to win in other categories.
The Clan Masters of the Topaz Warlords Champion per server must submit their line up on or before November 18, 2020. The registration form must contain the list of players to participate in the Ingame Tournament.
IMPORTANT: The registered character of the clan representative will be the account to receive the prizes from the PCW Final 4 and above. The account should be under their name and will be verified by the PW PH GM Team.
