Starting Level 55, a character can run the daily dungeon: Windsong Valley where they can get massive Exp from the soulless.
Talk to Windsong Valley Lord Song Xiang NPC located in these coordinates:

Dragon City East – 572 646 (22)
Dragon City West – 532 642 (22)
Feather City – 324 420 (22)
Vale City – 378 227 (24)
Wave City – 670 127 (24)
Get a Phoenix Valley Token to be able to enter the Dungeon.
This item has a duration of 15min only, you can reset the dungeon if you finished early to have multiple runs.
It is advised to have your Booster Pill Exp 12x before entering.
you can access the booster pill menu on the soulboost icon at the control panel at the lower right of your screen

Windsong Valley 55-94
Windsong Valley 95+
Windsong Valley (100+)
Don’t forget to activate your soul booster
As for the rest of the level range you need a tank and few AoE damage dealers, runs will depend on your team composition.
Practically I would advice a party to have one tank,one healer,1 crowd control,2 Aoe Damager.
